Community Engagement Intern This internship will focus on the current curriculum for our Claymobile Community Engagement program by developing lessons that align with academics, higher level thinking and 21st century learning goals based on grade level. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about developing an arts curriculum.
Project includes: The Claymobile program has four curricula focuses: Creative Clay, Claymation, S.T.E.A.M., and Collaborative Clay. Under these separate areas, the intern will build at least four dynamic and varied curriculum options that match grade and development level. With assistance from the staff, the intern will be responsible for researching lesson ideas, sequencing the lessons, putting the lesson and any support materials into the correct format, creating samples of the lessons and adding them to an online resource website for Claymobile instructors.
Qualifications The intern should have some knowledge of ceramics and art education.
