Development Special Projects Intern The Development Special Projects Intern will work on an integration and communication sharing project between two of the Museum’s most vital database systems: Raiser’s Edge (RE), which is the museum’s fundraising engine and relationship management system; and The Museum System (TMS), which is the core content management system for works of art, artists, and exhibition records.
Learning to use RE and TMS
Working on all stages of a pivotal information management and sharing project
Researching works within Museum’s permanent collection in order to generate a system of codes with which to flag and connect donors and artworks in both systems
Qualifications The successful candidate is comfortable conducting independent research and is capable of organizing the information into concise and logical categories. S/he is a quick study, with an interest in learning RE and TMS. It is important that the intern have an exceptional attention to detail, as s/he will be assisting with the formatting, mapping and importing of data between data systems.
