Development Intern
International Center of Photography
We require an intern who is or would like to be savvy with fundraising research and database software; specifically Raiser’s Edge. The intern will update database records for individuals and institutions, code prospects, and work hand-in-hand with our Development Services team to research potential prospects and donors. The intern will also utilize his/her excellent communication skills to reach out to donors and thank them for their gifts, confirm acknowledgment preferences, and develop templates for gathering and confirming this information in the future. The aforementioned projects are vital to our success and will provide the intern with the opportunity to become familiar with fundraising software, gift and acknowledgement protocol, and other general Developmental procedures.

Qualifications:
We require our intern to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the confidence and poise to call and/or email donors and prospects, superb attention to detail, and the desire to learn more about a Development office.
