Development Intern The Development Intern will work on an Annual Fund benchmarking and research project to evaluate current ICA Fund campaign procedures, with the aim of ultimately determining best practices and recommendations for refreshing future Annual Fund campaigns and appeals.
The project’s findings will be integral to future planning of the expansion and enhancement of the ICA Fund program, an important funding stream for the Institute. With the scope of the data collected and a final presentation of specific, strategic solutions, this project will provide pertinent feedback that allow the team to better tailor the ICA Fund’s messaging and materials with the intention of increased donor participation and giving.

Qualifications The successful applicant is comfortable conducting independent research and is capable of organizing and distilling the information into a detailed action plan. S/he has strong computer, communication, and administrative skills. Interest in data analysis is a plus.
